I have a large KNKG duffel that I use for the powerlifting gym but was looking for something smaller to take to the commercial gym and this one is the perfect size. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my other weightlifting belts won’t fit and I had to buy a KNKG belt.

It’s not quite 5 stars, buts it’s close and maybe I’m just being picky. Truly I’m leaving honest review as I really like this company and what they are making.
Overall, I love it! The color is beautiful & unique from anything else in the gym realm. The light brown on the inside is also such a refreshing choice from other bag I’ve seen putting the neon colors on the inside. I feel this choice fits the style much better, but aesthetics aside, how does it function?
Coming from someone who was using the 50l bag previously to a 25 I was skeptical, but found 25 to be just the right amount of space for a daily gym bag for all the things you’ll need that day.
I’m a bigger guy and wear size 12-13 shoes…in case you’re wondering 12’s don’t fit great in the compartment but they will if you do some angling. OR if you wear barefoot shoots or very flexible trainers it will work.
I usually manage my shoes, various rubber bands, knee sleeves (in laptop compartment) jump rope , towel or sweatshirt, 24oz bottle, belt, AirPods, wrist wraps, liquid chalk, smelling salts (for the RARE occasion ;) ), heel wedges, iPhone charger, phone and gym notebook(other water bottle slip pocket), and maybe a protein bar with, with a little room to spare.
I found myself using the shoe compartment for clothing or other things I don’t always need, and the rest for my shoes. EvergoodS makes an awesome packing cube that fits this perfectly FYI

perfect size. i don’t carry a lot of items but a good amount of items to were it was annoying walking with everything in your pocket or neck also just throwing your hoodie on the ground. perfect size to have everything in your bag and just walk to your other workout instead of picking 1 items up at a time.
