How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Normally orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days. During peak period, sales and holidays, dispatch may take 1-5 days. Please be patient with us during those busy times. If you have not received tracking information from us within 5 days of placing your order please contact us and we will make sure your bag gets to you.
I’m a US customer, when will I get my order?
We offer FREE shipping for orders over 199 USD. Our primary shipping facility is based in Missouri. Delivery ranges from 3-12 days depending on your shipping address. During peak period, sales and holidays, delivery may take 3-16 days. Please note, this estimate does not include dispatch and there is a chance your order will be delayed by forces outside of our control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather.
How does the pre-order process work?
Products high in demand are offered for a pre-order. Your pre-order guarantees reservation for items that often sell out shortly after being restocked. Your payment is processed when your order is made to reserve your item. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Absolutely! We can ship to APO address through USPS. If USPS is not available or cannot ship to your APO address we will contact you straight away to discuss a solution or organize a full refund. The good news is this rarely happens!
I’m outside of the US, when will I get my order?
Delivery estimate ranges 6-20 days for international orders. Please note, this estimate does not include fulfillment and there is a chance your order will be delayed by forces outside of our control, such as customs and carrier delays. The good news is customs checks rarely happen!
What are the International shipping charges?
Our primary shipping facility is based in the United States, and we also have international facilities stocking some, but not all, of our products. Shipping will be calculated based on the dispatch location at the checkout.
Am I responsible for import duties and customs?
Yes, the recipient is responsible for any import duties and customs that may be applied during shipping and this is not something we will refund to your order or offer as credit. We can not predict the amount of these fees and we recommend searching for a local import duties calculator online to get an estimate.
What if I don’t want to pay import taxes?
If you do not wish to pay these taxes we will understand. Failure to settle these import fees will result in the package being return to us, it can take up to 20 days before the courier returns the package, we can not speed this up. When the package is returned to the facility please contact us and we will refund the item cost, minus a USD 10 return/restocking fee. We do not offer refunds in advance. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.
Do you ship to my country?
If your location is not listed then we can not ship directly to your country, however, a forward freight shipping company such as https://www.shipito.com/ might be able to help.
