Received my duffle without delays and kept up to date with all shipping details. About a week into using the bag there was a minor problem with one of the clips. I dropped a line to Taylor at Customer Serviced and received an imediate response. No questions or qualms after returning the bag a replacement was on the way. The bag is perfect for the gym and having plenty of space for everything I need. I can fit everything I need for the office and for workouts easily and comfortably. Even with 2x pair of sneakers, the bag still has plenty of room for my clothes and equipment without everything being smashed together. I highly recommend this duffel. My only wish is that the shoulder strap would come with a pad. I often carry and walk with the bag 20-30 minutes and the strap starts to dig into my shoulder. A pad (either permanent or attachable) would make this bag a 5 (maybe even a 6, haha).

The bag is great! The bag is extremely well constructed and durable. It has numerous pockets that fits all of my gear. The main area is massive. I also purchased the dividers (which I'll be reviewing next). The dividers help keep the bag standing open making it even easier to access what I need as I workout. The shoulder strap is solid and comfortable. IF this bag ever wears out I'll be purchasing it's newer version, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
