Nice heavy duty bag with great quality on the metal attachment points for the shoulder sling and sturdy zippers. Bag works great with holding my extra gym apparrel, bottles, and supplements. The shoe compartments are nice, although they severely reduce the space inside the bag to about 1/3 of available space when filled with 10.5 size shoes. So instead of using for shoes i store my water bottles in them so they take up less space and I can use yhe dividers to better sort my equipment. Also, the outside pockets are very helpful with organizing bands, chargers, snacks, a jump rope, and most other things you could think of wanting to bring with you.

I bought this KNKG bag for my fiancée to help keep her pumping supplies for our newborn, along with her work clothes and equipment, organized. It made transporting everything between home and work so much easier for her and made pumping at work a lot more convenient. I also use my own KNKG bag for work and the gym, and we both love how well the organizers work for both work and home life. This bag has been a game-changer for us!

I use this KNKG duffle bag every single day. Working in construction, I need something tough and reliable, and this bag delivers. It keeps my work clothes, gym clothes, and supplements perfectly organized and easy to access. The quality is incredible — it reminds me of the durability you get from Carhartt workwear, but in a gym bag. I absolutely love it!

PLUS Duffel
This is a well made, great gym bag. Unfortunately for me I ordered the small, and it’s not quite big enough after I put my shoes in the shoe compartment. But didn’t find that out till I cut off the tags n loaded my bag up. So try n factor that in before you choose a size.
