This is the most organized I have been in a long time. The bag has many pockets outside and inside. I carry two pairs of shoes, lifting belt, wrist bands, knee sleeve (2 pair), grips (3), water bottle. I also purchased the dividers for this bag, they our the best to keep everything organized. So glad I finally purchased.

I bought the duffel mini, getting turned on to the bag and the company via my membership in the Pump Club. I really dig how the recommendations the PC passes along on everything is rooted in research and proven metrics. Bought the bag as a way to reduce friction to working out — a packed bag is one less reason to talk myself out of a workout.

This bag has surpassed my expectations. I’m 27 weeks into my association with the Pump Club, so my needs at this point are pretty minimal: shoes, workout clothes, water bottle, and pockets to stash personal items. This bag has it all, thoughtfully designed with top flight, heavy duty material, from the nylon to the strapping to the zippers. I’d highly recommend any KNKG bag to anyone.

I absolutely love this gym bag! It has so much room without feeling bulky, and I can easily fit my shoes, clothes, water bottle, toiletries, and still have space left over. The compartments make it easy to stay organized, and everything has its place.
