The CORE Mini Duffel is specifically designed to fit the KNKG weight belt. We don’t recommend using it with other belt brands. If you’re using a different belt, we suggest upsizing to the MEDIUM or LARGE CORE Duffel instead.

No - we don't recommend the mini size for shoe storage. If you're packing shoes we recommend checking out the medium or large size duffel.

    This bag is compact in size compared to many duffles, but holds a ton of items. It has several side pouches and can hold two water bottles. It will be used for more than the gym.

    Well made, good looking and perfect size gym bag.

    The CORE Duffel Medium 35L gym bag is an excellent bag for the gym especially with the divider insert. I can keep my water bottle, Mixer cup, supplements, food container, towel, and all my daily items like keys, wallet, phone, Bluetooth headset, etc. together but separated. If you bring separate shoes there's a compartment for them also. Rugged material and stitching. Also fits my 12oz bag gloves for boxing training. I plan on using it as a carry-on and only luggage (for short trips) when I fly, I'll just remove the divider and pack a few days clothes and extra pair of shoes as the CORE duffel medium 35L is carry-on compliant with most major airlines. Highly recommend, Dennis M.
