    It’s absolutely perfect, it is as advertise. It is a tiny little duffel bag for grips, chalk, barbell clips… Jump rope, wrist wraps, all fit perfect perfectly for Travel… If you’re a Crossfit🏋🏾‍♂️ or any Jim person would like to bring your own stuff with you on the road when you travel this is fantastic and also it’s great for the gym. The dividers are absolute crack! If you have a big gym bag, get them! They will make your life so much easier and aesthetically pleasing on the inside for all the OCD like me!

    Stefan Gehrig is the reason I bought this bag

    I decided to buy this bag because of a two year old Reddit comment thread between a customer and Stefan. Someone received a defective KNKG bag, and instead of silence, the brand (Stefan) showed up, owned the mistake, and made it right. That stuck with me long enough that when I was finally ready to invest in a quality gym bag, there was only one option. Two years later after that Reddit thread, I finally pulled the trigger on the CORE duffel.

    The bag itself? Best gym bag I’ve owned. I’ve burned through cheap bags for years thinking I was saving money, and all I really did was buy the same bad bag over and over. This one feels like the last bag I’ll need to buy for a long time.

    Blue collar job? Hitting the gym before work? This bag is a must! I can fit my work boots, towel, work clothes, and all my toiletries in the Core Duffel and still have room left over. By far, the best purchase I have made for gym gear!

FAQS

The main difference is the unique weightlifting belt attachment. This feature allows the bag be used as normal, while carrying a cumbersome lifting belt on the outside. Other changes are the volume (35L) and the layout.

Most of the materials are the same as used in other King Kong bags. YKK zippers, heavy duty buckles, nylon lining and webbing are all the same. In the CORE range, we have gone for a lighter 500D nylon outside and a new velcro logo feature that allows you to go 'incognito' with your own patches.

Measure the widest point of your belt and its length.

The CORE35 (medium) duffel can fit a belt up to 6.3"/16cm wide and 45.7"/116cm long.
The CORE51 (large) duffel can fit a belt up to 6.7"/17cm wide and 45.7"/116cm long.

A lever belt can fit, but you should count the lever into your measurement.

The CORE35 (Medium) will fit size 12 shoes. The CORE51 (Large) will fit size 15 shoes.
