I have been really enjoying using my CONQUER backpack.

I originally got the green medium KNKG duffel, but had a few issues with it. The phone pocket was one of my favorite features, but my phone was just slightly too big to close the zipper. The green color was just fine, nothing special. I like to walk to the gym from my house and the duffel was not comfortable to carry longer distances, especially when full. I sent it back to replace with this backpack (the best return/exchange process I have ever gone through, really appreciated that KNKG).

Now I've been using this bag for a month or two.

The top handle is great, I like the yellow color, it wears on the body comfortably, and it feels very well put together. It's been comfortable walking a half mile to and from the gym. I carry a pair of heavy rubber squat wedge blocks for rehabbing a knee injury and the internal organization has been perfect for separating them from the rest of my stuff. The water bottle side pockets fit my largest bottle snugly before I even have to open the zipper. I love that it stands up with the flat bottom so I can carry it around the gym and set it down wherever I'm at. The top front pocket is maybe my favorite feature, it's big enough to hold my large phone (the medium KNKG duffel phone pocket was not) and also wallet, keys, earbuds, with room to spare. It's also super accessible which is great. Other bags I've used I always have to dig to find where I threw all this stuff. I haven't found a use…

This is seriously the best gym backpack you can buy. Its big enough to carry multiple sets of gym clothes for multiple gym sessions, my work clothes for the day, all my crossfit equipment (jump rope, grips, wrist wraps, thumb tape, belt, knee sleeves, etc), a watter bottle, a shaker cup, a laptop, keys wallet, shoes, the list goes on, and I still have room to spare. Im looking forward to using this high quality backpack for many years to come.
