I spent a lot of time reading reviews, trying to figure out if all my stuff would fit in the conquer back pack, I carry … a lot of stuff. I went for the large because I have large-ish feet, size 12, and I needed my lifters to fit in one of the compartments. I also carry 3 different belts, one of which is a large sbd adjustable lever belt (heavy thick and bulky), then a nylon and a chain belt. I fit that all in there. Additionally I carry a mark bell sling shot, 6 sets of wrist sweatbands, 3 head bands, a jump rope, a dead wedge, 2 sets of barbell collars, 3 different rolls of tape, a bag of chalk, a bottle of liquid chalk, deodorant, gummy bears, liquid IV packs, a water bottle, gymnastics grips, 2 sets of wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves (both large and 7 mm), a change of clothes, and a set of tyr zero drop shoes for deadlifting. It’s still not full, and still relatively well organized. There are more pockets than you’d ever need if this is just a gym bag. That’s not even to talk about the quality of the thing which is excellent. IMO there is not a better gym bag.
