I try to be very minimal with the support equipment I use in the gym, and this belt is perfect for me! Light, yet sturdy, it provides support during lifts but isn’t so rigid that I can’t do supersets of other exercises before having to stop and take it off. This is the second one of these I’ve owned in the last 5-6 years.

Belt feels sturdy right out of the box. Good support under load without feeling bulky or awkward.
Velcro is strong, stitching looks clean, and it stays locked in during heavy sets. I’ve used a few belts before — this one balances support and comfort well.
Only thing I’d say is double-check sizing if you’re between sizes. Other than that, it’s a solid piece of kit.
